Conservatively graded and encapsulated by PMG as "CHOICE UNCIRCULATED 63 NET".

Dark printing. Nice eye appeal. Nicely centered and nearly fully framed all around. NO folds or creases. No pinholes.

Three hand written signatures. One small bit of ink erosion at the right signature, which is why PMG added the "NET" the grade.
